Story of Sushi Toshi
The name Sushi Toshi comes from an idea of the two very passionate sushi chefs, Chef Michael and Chef Jung, wanting to share their love for sushi and bento to people around them.
Chef Jung and Chef Michael have over 40 years of experience between the two of them servicing in the DMV. They both have worked at many restaurants in the area including PassionFish Reston where they first met as colleagues.
